Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how Jabú processes personal data submitted through the website, in compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).

Who is responsible for the data

The data controller is Jabú (69.532.964 NINA CORDEIRO SKURCZENSKI, CNPJ 69.532.964/0001-87). For any privacy matter, contact us at contato@jabuclimate.com.

What data we collect

We only collect what you submit in the Climate Journey Mapping:

  • name, email, company and job title;
  • your answers, including the goals and challenges you indicate;
  • the date and time of submission, the page it was sent from and, when available, the parameters of the campaign that brought you to the website (for example, utm_source).

The website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.

How we use it

  • to understand your company’s current situation regarding the climate agenda;
  • to contact you at the email provided about your answers and how Jabú can help;
  • to understand, in aggregate, which channels bring visitors to the website.

We do not sell or rent your data.

Legal basis

We process this data based on your consent (art. 7, I, LGPD), given when you turn on the agreement option before submitting the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who we share it with

Answers are stored in a Google Workspace spreadsheet (Google), which acts as a processor and may store data on servers outside Brazil, with the safeguards provided for in the LGPD. Access is restricted to the Jabú team members who need it. Other than that, we only share data if required by law or by an authority.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Under the LGPD, you can request at any time:

  • confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
  • correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
  • data portability;
  • deletion of data processed based on consent and withdrawal of consent;
  • information about who we share your data with.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@jabuclimate.com. You can also file a complaint with Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

Security

Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is kept in an environment with restricted access. No system is completely immune to incidents; if one occurs and may pose a risk to you, we will notify you and the ANPD, as required by law.
